What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
I am currently accepting Paypal payments only through the checkout cart. Don't worry though, we accept major credit cards. Its easy to order on my new website. Just click on an item you wish to purchase and it's placed in the shopping cart. Follow the on-line instructions. If you wish to pay with a cashiers check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank, please contact me and I will hold the item for up to 7 days awaiting payment. Please contact me first so I'm aware that the payment is on its way and I can hold your merchandise. How much is shipping? TOP
I charge $2.50 for shipments in the U.S. via USPS with delivery confirmation. I carefully wrap each item and place it in bubble wrap to ensure a safe trip to your home. Please check with me for international shipping. Will you ship internationally? TOP

My beads and jewelry are made in very limited quantities, usually I make only a couple of the same sets of beads and very few of the same type of jewelry. This makes the pieces unique and special to the buyer. If you like a certain piece, please contact me and we can discuss your needs. I also do custum pieces, so if you have something in mind contact me and we can come up with something unique and special. Do you accept returns? TOP
Yes. I take pride in my work and want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact me as soon as you receive your purchase and we can come to a resolution. How do I care for my lampwork jewelry? TOP
All of my beads are properly kiln annealed for added strength and durability, but they are glass after all. Try not to wear your lampwork beads with other jewelry. The silver can be cleaned with a silver cloth. Do not immerse whole pieces in jewelry cleaning solution, since this can damage any pearls or other sensitive beads. Can you adjust the size of a bracelet? TOP
On some bracelets I can adjust the size. It depends on the design of a bracelet. I can work in or take off 1/2" to 1" on some of my designs. Please note that it will change the look of the design. I usually try to work in or take out at the end of the bracelet as not to change the top or sides at all. Contact me before you order and let me know which bracelet your interested in and I will let you know.
